This plate/saucer has been in my family for years. Some of my long past relatives were missionaries to the Phillipines and they brought it back to the states. This is what I found on the internet as far as information:Other similar plates selling from $350 and upThe price tag on the side of this plate reads, $400The image shows a Chinese blue and white porcelain plate, likely from the Ming Dynasty (14th-17th century). These types of plates have been found in the Philippines, indicating trade between the two regions during that period. The plate features a traditional design with blue floral and dotted patterns on a white background. Similar plates are available for sale or have been sold at various antique and collectible markets. These plates are valued for their historical significance and artistic craftsmanship. I do not have any kind of paperwork to accompany this plate. I am pretty certain it is authentic, thus why it has remained in the family for so long. If you know more about this, I encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to own a piece of history.*I will not be discounting this item, I want to add extra insurance to be sure it ships safely.Tags: Mothers Day, chinese, phillipines, museum, antique, vintage, china, authentic, Ming Dynasty, bone china
