quite rare i have only seen one on ebay its made by Leviton its wired for side mount gold tone with loops and circles one light facing up and one down with glass blown shade in perfect condition ruffled opalescent swirls. for the unique vintage collectors. lights shades are in excellent condition no flea bites cracks or repairs metal has some wear see photos
