• Authentication: Reviewed by SGC and deemed authentic. Due to the fragile nature of this piece, SGC declined to encapsulate it but confirmed its authenticity.
• Condition: Displays natural fraying consistent with its age, but importantly the tip is intact and this piece is untrimmed. General wear is present, as shown in the photos, but the pennant retains its full original shape.
This is a genuine 1930s felt pennant miniature, not a reprint. Gehrig is one of the most sought-after players in the BF3 set alongside Ruth and DiMaggio.
Complete, untrimmed examples are extremely difficult to find. This one offers collectors a rare chance to secure an authentic Lou Gehrig BF3.
