1. Power On ( wait like 2 mins for it to warm up )
2. Set the strength setting ( which are the 3 light underneath the + and - symbols )
Recommend leaving it on the 1st light : for beginners
3. The handle has the trigger button
After each trigger : WAIT till the Green lights signal READY again about 5 seconds in between each laser treatment
** the longer you use it the warmer the laser will become**
