Authentic Shoulder Bag, cream, pics reflect the condition of the bag, there are 2 cracks in the patent leather trim. 1 of them is located at the front left & the other is at the top left rear trim. There are crinkles in the patent leather & the straps has some discolaration due to clothing but nothing major to diminish the overall beauty of the bag.
