SPRNG size medium jump boots (fits a women’s 7-9, up to 200lbs, was only able to put one size on the listing.) I have only worn these once to try them on, therefore they are in great condition as they have been safely stored away beside that. They are meant for working out and are a great way to get in cardio while having fun.The box comes with the boots, two pairs of socks to be worn with the boots, and a metal rod I believe is for adjustments.
