This blouse from Label Etude features an abundance of ruffles around the neckline and armholes. It has a long ribbon at the back of the neck that ties in a bow.
The long length allows it to be worn as a tunic or mini-dress.
It's also super cute layered with a knit sweater that has a wide neckline (see photos 5 and 6 for styling examples).
The color is generally gray, but the ruffles have a deep green color mixed in, which was a special color combination from the initial release.
