This is a Rotring Tikky Special mechanical pencil. It does not have the tikky special logo.
I bought and used this about 30 years ago, but I've started using other mechanical pencils, so I'm offering it to someone who likes it.
It has a lot of wear and tear, with many scratches, marks, and paint chips overall. Please purchase only if you understand that it is a used item.
I believe it is now discontinued and difficult to obtain.
