The only sign of major wear is a little bit of pilling on the inside of the waistband, which could easily be removed with a sweater shaver

The fabric tag has completely faded
The pit to pit flat is 18 1/2 inches
The size tag has been removed so please use the measurements given
I am a size small and it fits me well however I am 5’8” 
Vest is measuring approximately 23 inches long
