Slightly deconstructed style with loose threads and rough edges. Skirt was like this at time of purchase.
I wore this at a US Juniors size 9 and wouldn't reccomend anything larger as it fit snug at that size.
Cat friendly home. I will go over the skirt with a lint roller before packing.
