These were bought from a gentleman that served in the second war. He said they were issued to him but were never use. They are still in original condition as would have been bought or issued at the time. The bill Durham wrapping has a little more damage but is intact and there. The RJ Reynolds is still in beautiful condition considering it’s age. The bill Durham also comes with the original rolling papers never used.
