I purchased this in good condition from Kingdom Note.

Clip lift, small dents on the side of the cap and the base of the pen, misalignment of the hole in the base (seen in most models), a band-shaped scratch near the hallmark engraving on the barrel, noticeable silver discoloration on the base/clip base, and other minor scratches and scuffs are visible, but the overall condition is generally good. Includes a SCHMIDT refill.

As stated above, there is some clip lift, discoloration, and minor scratches, but there are no noticeable major scratches.
Also, I have taken good care of it, and have not dropped it since purchasing it.
The remaining ink level is unknown, but it is in a usable condition.
