This is the Itoya ROMEO No.3 Ballpoint Pen, Slim Body, Italian Gray.

I've used it for about three months, but I'm selling it because the center of gravity is too high for me.

The items for sale are the pen body and the refill only; there are no instructions or presentation box.
The refill is not the original one, but a Schneider gel ink refill (model number 103923, 0.5mm, blue).
(G2 standard refills are compatible)
