This is the Itoya ROMEO No.3 Ballpoint Pen, Slim, Italian Blue.

I've used it for about three months, but I'm selling it because the center of gravity is too high for me.

The items for sale are the pen body and the refill only; there are no instructions or presentation box.
The refill is not the original one, but a Caran d'Ache water-based refill (model number 8462-160, fine point, blue).
(G2 standard refills are compatible)
