this is a beautiful soft woven crêpe fabric. A lovely false sleeve is semi sheer as is the entire dress, but the remainder of the dress is lined. We start with a ruffled neckline, and those ruffles extend down the front on a covered button placket. Ending in a wide ruffle as well. This is a drop waste design.In excellent condition.
