Long black formal dress! Never worn with tags!

1 x Designer (Bill Levkoff) - Style: 1515*; Fabric: Hamlet Crepe; Color: Black; SKU: 6. I ordered two sizes too small, the dress is beautiful and it has never been worn other than me trying it on to realize it didn’t fit. The tags are still on it.
