New With Tags (has two pulls as seen in last pic)

This pretty cowl neck sweater has a vibrant blue pattern that alternates its shade & size as it travels down the shoulders.
The sweater is soft. There is what appears to be a stain on the front stripe but it is just a shadow from my light. It is a short sweater.
It has two, what I am calling pulls, but they look like intentional knots on the back of the sweater.
