This is a great example of the early work Bill Blass did for Maurice Rentner in the 1960's
The coat is cream colored (but not as bright colored as it originally was due to wear and age) cotton matelasse with lace sleeves. There are just a few lace sections that are broken, they are small. It has a stand up collar and a concealed snap closure and it is lined in white silk.

Tag on inside seam says size 10, but it is vintage and size indicate might be off
