This is a very nice Pioneer CD Player/Recorder. CD Recorders at least good ones are hard to find. I used this for quite a while several years ago until I no longer had a need for it. Consequently it has been sitting on a shelf and has been there for several years. I did not fully test it but it does power up and obeys the commands I put it through - I did load a CD in the play tray and it does play. I don't know about record as I don't have any recordable CDs. It does not come with a remote. There will not be return or refund offered on this item.
