Pictures 1-2 shows all fours leaves, they are on the same vine just a bit far away from each other
Picture 3 shows the edema damage on one of the pair leaves that grew right under the grow light. It will not affect the plant health or future new leaves.
Picture 4 shows the back of the leaf in picture 3, it’s free of black spots
