Elegant glass sculpture featuring a detailed dragon design. Crafted by Swedish Company Mats Jonasson in the Year of the Dragon, this piece showcases a clear and intricate dragon motif. It is signed on bottom MJ Sweden 2000.Mats Jonasson (born 1945) is a Swedish glass designer who started etching glass at the age of 14. He is notable for his engraved lead crystal sculptures of flowers and wildlife that are manufactured by the glassworks in Målerås, Sweden. This wonderful sculpture was on display at The Dragon Dreams Museum in Chattanooga, TN, which closed permanently in 2016.I purchased the contents last Summer.
