This listing is for irisdescent festival/cosplay armor. New with tags, in original packaging. Worn once to try on, stored ever since. My cat unfortunately chewed on part of the plastic/paper insert, but the item itself is fine.
Has to be size L at least. It's too big on me. Package says adjustable, but doesn't go lower than like a 36 chest.
