There are no noticeable scratches or dents. Please forgive minor scuffs and scratches associated with normal use.

There is oil or slight mold on the camera-side lens.
There is some dust and debris from use, but the front lens is very clean.
(I have attached photos taken at 300mm and 150mm, but there doesn't seem to be any significant whitening. I have used this lens regularly at sports days.)
