1 SLIDE , 1 TEETER TOTTER , 1 COFFEE / TV TABLE (BLUE) , 1 GROCERIES CRATE , 1 BLUE CAR
( I HAVE SEEN A RED VARIATION OF THE CAR ) ,
1 SESAME STREET street sign
( has some slight damage to sign ) see pictures

I believe the 2 missing items are
- yellow plastic breakfast table with sticker top
- possibly red car ?
(Although it may be that the playset is just the 18th piece)
(Also blue car is rarer variant !)
