“Toilers Of The Sea” Paint By Number original oil painting. It is based on Winslow Homer’s “Breezing Up.” It is surrounded by a 27 1/4 x 21 1/4 inch green and brown custom frame. The frame is 2” wide and the inner opening measures 23 1/2” X 17 1/2”. There is a straight line in the paint along the inner frame edge that can be seen on one of the zoomed in photos. The paint is not peeling.It is only noticeable upon close inspection and I believe mark likely occurred during the framing process.
