Originally from my grandmother's attic. I am not positive this is a Barbie doll but all items were in a black Barbie case and other collectors have messaged me and informed me this is a Barbie
Barbie has a bald spot in the back of her hair, one shirt has the snap pulled through the fabric and there does seem to be some coloring variants. This items have not been cleaned since I am unfamiliar with the best way to clean them.
