I recently inherited this rare vintage piece from a dear friend who was a world traveler. After conducting my own Google lens search, this was a coin of Austrian empress Maria Therisia. The last image I attached is one of the coin alone being sold on Etsy but I couldn't find one that was converted into a time piece such as this one. One will need a small screwdriver to access the inside as I can't guarantee what they will find once doing so! But with the right tool on hand, it shouldn't be too difficult!
