Notice the DOUBLE CINCH in the back (it is not a tie belt even though that is what Anthropologie calls it).
When the size tag was sewn on, the manufacturer did not get both ends sewn under the label (see last photo)
Measurements taken with garment FLAT and the belt CINCHED as you see in the photo.
Length back (neck seam to hem): 27.5 (Anthro site says - 28.25 L)
Bust (buttoned - flat from underarm seam to other side): 19.5
Waist (buttoned - flat): 17.5 - Does not matter if back is cinched tight or not. . . the measurement is the same when buttoned!
Hips (buttoned - flat - at the top part of the band on the bottom): 21
Heavier weight at 1#13oz. Packaging in a plain poly mailer will keep the shipping cost under 2#
