This bike rack is in good condition. A few scratches as shown, however everything function on this piece works perfectly. A set of keys for locking the rack to your hitch and bike lock on the bar is included! Will ship in a sealed package inside along with the bike rack. Also, I just replaced the rubber straps, and they are very durable!
