Used for about a month and a half starting from around 8 months of pregnancy.
Since I alternated wearing it with 4 other girdles, it has been used approximately 10 times.
I wore it over my underwear when using it.
It has a waist panel that gently supports the pelvis. Because it’s a wearing type, it stayed in place while standing or sitting, allowing for a comfortable experience.
There are some pilling, so if that bothers you, please refrain from purchasing.
