Vintage 1944 Popeye the Sailor Man figurine. Manufactured by Syroco (Syracuse Ornamental Company) and distributed by KFS (King Feature Syndicate). They were well known for molded wood-pulp products made to look like they were hand-carved.This piece is in beautiful condition, colors are still saturated and not faded. There is a small chip on the base, see pictures. Otherwise no issues.
