This is the Jim Shore "Halloween Is At Hand" Musical Snow Globe, item #4034435, released in 2013. It features witch hands holding a snow globe with a ghost, black cat, pumpkins, and graveyard scene inside, including tombstones with "IN MEMORY" written on one. The snow globe is musical and plays the tune "Funeral March of the Marionettes". It's considered a rare find and was sold in Disney theme parks.Some paint flaked away at edges, shown in pictures. Snow globe liquid has yellowed with age, as expected. Priced to reflect condition as collectible.
