Pokemon the Movie: Celebi: Voice of the Forest is the 4th Pokemon movie released on July 7, 2001. The main features are as follows:

Story:
40 years ago, a young boy named Yukinari helps Celebi, a mythical Pokemon being chased by a hunter, and they time-slip to the future 40 years later.
Satoshi and his friends meet Yukinari and Celebi and try to protect Celebi from the Team Rocket executive, Vicious.
Celebi, captured by Vicious, has an evil heart planted in it and begins to destroy the forest.
Satoshi and Yukinari try to save Celebi with the power of the legendary Pokemon Suicune.
Shiro Sano, Takashi Fujii, and Anne Suzuki participated as special voice actors, and Kumiko Endo was in charge of the narration.
The box office revenue was 3.9 billion yen.
There are differences in content between the domestic and overseas versions, and additional scenes exist in the overseas version. In Japan, the content including the additional scenes was broadcast as a Special Edition on March 25, 2003.
