Brand new, tried it on and decided it was too big. The photos of it in the plastic more accurately represent the color. It’s a darker red/ burgundy. My phone just auto brightened and colored the other photos. The costume will not come with the paper part because once I took it out of the packaging I couldn’t get it back in :,)
