This is a very full ruffled clown ruff collar. There are 4 layers of patchwork ruffles measuring 8” wide and 21” long. A
variety of types, textures, and colors of scrapped fabric were used. The exposed edges have light pink overcasting stitch. Various sizes, colors, materials, and textures of buttons are sewn throughout. The ruff is adjustable with 18” ties with button detail.
