This is a vintage bronze art vase featuring a stunning pattern of leaves. It's similar in form to a cemetery vase but is considerably more decorative to me. It's approx. 11-3/4" tall and 5-1/8" wide at the top. Very Good to Excellent condition with some tiny scratches on one side near the edge that I didn't even notice at first glance. There's a dark brown patina on the outside and a bit of green verdigris inside.Interestingly, it was cast in 2 halves and welded together, which I thought was unusual. You can see the seam inside and some verdigris. No markings or artist's signature, just the remains of a label on the bottom that probably said Made in Italy.
