This custom tutu costume is just the sweetest little candy fairy. The dress is made from a crotchet top, tulle, candy props and accents. It comes with the matching hat, wand and wings. The tulle bottom comes with lights so that it lights up at night. It will fit from size 2 to size 4. It was worn once by by daughter for a short period of time in Halloween.
