Regarding stuffed animals:
As a general rule, the item in the photo will be shipped. However, due to the softness of the material, subtle changes may occur during shipping. We cannot guarantee that the face of the stuffed animal you receive will be identical to the one in the photo. Returns based on personal preferences will not be accepted.
Tags and packaging may not be in perfect condition as they were stored by an amateur. Please refrain from expecting perfect tags and packaging. Some items may be compressed and shipped without tags and price stickers. Returns based on dissatisfaction with tags and packaging will not be accepted. We do not cater to customers with high sensitivity.
As they were originally sold unpackaged, there may be tiny imperceptible scratches.
