Vintage 1940's Mexico sterling small snuff or pill box, totally hand fabricated, set with a high dome purple amethyst or flourite. The box has the original sterling chain and hand fabricated clip to clip on your pocket and slip the box inside. Measures 1 5/8 by 1 1/8" with a height of 1/2". Marked Mexico and Silver, acid tests as sterling. Top snaps closed and holds securely. Circa 1940's.
