The left end of the box is torn on one side. The flap does open on the end but the inside packaging is intact and has never been removed or opened (see pictures). When you lift the top flap cover it had stuck to the box so the picture peeled away from the box ( see pictures). The right side of the box is sealed and the plastic is intact around the figures which are all in place.
Although the box has some damage the item has never been opened or played with.
