This is a Christian Dior knit.
It's a vintage item.
The elegant navy color, the relaxed raglan sleeves, and the ribbon tie at the neckline make this a wonderful piece > > .
Basically, it's best to tie it lightly in the front like a tie, but it's also cute to tie it in a bow in the back for a playful look.
The clear black ✖️ gold CD logo buttons are also lovely.

I have worn it about twice, paired with a different Dior skirt.
It looked great when I tucked the knit into the skirt, which was a high-waisted style > > .
