This is cotton Burberry dress for a 14 yo girl but it’s so big, even S or M woman will fit. It doesn’t stretch but it’s 19” bust, 21” waist and 35” long with tie at the waist. Very funky. I bought for my daughter but it’s way too big on her even now at 18:( it’s authentic. No flaws. Brand new with tags.
