Here is a delightful wind up tin litho toy. Made in West Germany (Dachkarussell). As you slide the lever the top turns and the rockets swing outward about 12 inches. No batteries needed. The carousel is 7 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter Still in original box. It’s in excellent condition, no rust or dents and works great. (See pics and video included).
