Furyu x Jamma x Kodansha Kantai Collection Kancolle Abyssal Deep Sea Fleet Princess Special Figure. New in packaging. Figure was released in September 2015. Other than wear on corners & edges of box it is fine. Figure is perfect in box. I have not opened box only resealed with tape when prior gave away with age. Kantai Collection (fleet collection) was a popular game w/cute personifications of warships of warships to build a fleet with. As a commander, you collect girls & fight battles. It's also an anime, manga, light novels etc.
This is the character Airfield Princess aka Hikoujouki. She sunk & was revived as Abyssal, her look in this figure. She is portrayed here more like the game character than the artwork (see last pic of art).
