Lazar engraved vintage double Heart Pendant with a beautiful 6 prong set 1 ct. sparkly white Moissanite and all in 14kt Yellow Gold. Nice size bail for small to medium size chains. Could also be used on a charm bracelet with the back being decorative.
Stamped 14kt MK (faintly due to age) on heart and the 14k on the bail (new).
