Beautifully stunning Elizabeth McKay pleated navy blue dress in a size Xsmall. This beautiful dress has a back zipper and belted detail. It is a thick dress and look so luxurious. The belt is missing the center part, but still look phenomenal without it. You can switch it and no one would be the wiser. I did consider this in pricing this lovely dress. Excellent condition.
