This is a lovely kimono with a beautiful pale sky blue and white blurred background, dyed with plum blossoms.
The sheen of the arare (hailstone) pattern on the fabric looks like snow, and the color of the plum blossoms is also impressive. I think it would look beautiful in natural light when you're out and about.
The sleeves are long, and the light blue of the lining (hakkake) is intentionally sewn to peek out at the cuffs and hem, which is quite elaborate.
