It’s specially made in Hotchkiss, Colorado by Travel Clothing by Half Moon.Even in the snowy depths of winter you can stay warm with this thing.While it isn’t marked with a size, I would call it a large. Since it is a cape I think it could fit a small through XXL person, it just depends on your length preference.I am about 5’5” for reference. Note: there was a large hole near the top of the hood. I have repaired it but if you look very closely you can see where I repaired it. I think there may have been another small hole that I repaired but I can’t find it now.
