Unused, but with stains

I am currently cleaning up my parents' house.
I think this was probably prepared for guests.
Unused, no box, but there are two small stains on the back.

The quality label has been removed.

The piping is dark brown.
The fabric is a very fluffy pile fabric, typical of Imabari towels.
The outer fabric is a plain weave, flat fabric.
The back is pile fabric.
Photo 12 shows the cuff of the wrist.
It is unknown whether it is for men or women.
