Dagmar Bocakova is a Slovak graphic designer and illustrator specializing in visual arts. This framed artwork was signed by Bocakova and dated in June 2012. The frame has 2 nicks on the top middle portion. I have noted them in the photographs I posted. This does not take away from the beautiful, bright, and whimsical character of the artwork.
